With all the crazy things going on in our lives, just want to say how you made our family comfortable and a little more at peace with all you did and have done for our family. Letting the family and friends drive by your new viewing window for the ones who could not go in to give hugs and kisses. I just can not say it enough how it made us all feel now on a very sad day. This is the 4th family member that was at Singleton's. That makes the experience comfortable. I sooo enjoyed the emotional support dog, Hope. Glad she was there.
The funeral home staff were pleasant, compassionate and professional. They were also hospitable, offering me coffee, etc. I felt very comfortable being there during a difficult time. The director was so patient as well as professional. He explained every burial package and the breakdown of prices and what that price included. He asked questions about my loved ones life, and so I felt at ease talking with him.
The funeral home was very respectful of making sure I was the first to view my husband and to make sure I was satisfied with the arrangements. Mark was very compassionate and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure all details were understood exactly how we wanted them. He made the experience of making my husbands viewing arrangements very comfortable. No pressure.
Every staff member I came across were very professional and extremely kind, always telling me and my family they were there for us.
