On December 3, 2005, Thelma Roeth Goodman, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, passed away at Mariner Health of Glen Burnie. She was the beloved mother of Jack Roeth; loving sister to George Hoxter and Gracie Cicre; dearest grandmother to Kim Biernesser; and a devoted great-grandmother to 1. She was predeceased by all three of her ex-husbands, Clarence Roeth, Nathan Ramsey, and Mac Goodman. Thelma enjoyed gardening, watching soap operas, listening to country music, and spending time with her family.
