Peggy F. Clarke, 86, passed away on June 23, 2020. Peggy was born on October 6, 1933 in Pennsylvania to the late James and Myrtle Fairbank. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Clarke. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Lisa England and her husband, Kenneth; and her son, Michael Clarke; her grandchildren, Shawn Loving and his wife, Lindsey; and Scott Loving; her great-grandchildren, Mikaela Loving, Delmario Grant, Leeann Restivo, Lilah and Lacey Nelson; her siblings, James Fairbank and Joanne Unverzagt.

Peggy enjoyed singing in the Harundale Presbyterian Church choir, attending church and reading. She was involved in the Girl Scouts of America for over 40 years and the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years. She was also an avid Baltimore Colts and Ravens fan.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Saturday from 1-4 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 29th at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a rotating 40-person limit inside the funeral home, so please try and keep your visit brief, so that others may be able to visit with the family during this time period. Be advised you will have to wait outside the building once we reach our 40 person limit. Thank you.
