Mary A. Sheckels, 83 of Glen Burnie passed away on June 10, 2020. Mary was born on September 30, 1936 in Baltimore to the late Joseph and Marie Feeney. She was a Beautician for many years. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Sheckels, Jr. and her step-son, James Preston Sheckels. She is survived by her children, George Neubeck and his wife, Jenny; and Karen Jones and her husband, Bruce; her step-son, Robert Sheckels, III.; her grandchildren, Sara, Philip and Kelly Lockheed, Jennifer Gerber and Danielle Neubeck; her step-grandchildren, Emily, William and Preston Sheckels; her step daughter-in-law, Amy Sheckels; her brothers, Michael Feeney and Joseph Feeney and his wife, Rose. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.

Mary enjoyed country line dancing, music, baking, playing the slots and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Sunday, June 14th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Due to the COVID-19 Restrictions: A limit of 40 people inside the Funeral Home during the visitation will be closely monitored. Everyone must wear masks or cloth face coverings to enter the funeral home and follow social distancing guidelines.

A funeral mass will be Celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church, 7436 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Monday by invitation only with the interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
