Margaret Jill Newman

Margaret Jill Newman, 75, of Glen Burnie, passed away on July 22, 2021. She was born in England to the late Leonard and Audrey Moran. While living in England, she was a local reporter and also published a book. When Jill arrived in the United States, she quickly adapted to our way of life. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed traveling, sewing and crocheting. She had an interest in World War II history and world affairs. Jill was active at the Pasadena and Pascal Senior Centers where she and her husband enjoyed taking classes.

Jill is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Alan; cherished daughter, Lisa Blakely and her husband, Patrick; loving granddaughter, Bristol Blakely; dear sister, Jean Kenny; and caring nephew, Simon Kenny. She will also be missed by many loving extended family and friends.
