On Friday, July 28, 2006, Joseph "Frank" Joy, Jr. of Glen Burnie passed away in an industrial accident. Frank is the cherished husband of Muriel V. Joy and the late Glenda Joy. He is the loving father of Dana Thompson and the dear brother of Glenn Joy. Frank was self-employed in the construction industry with a variety of trades, including excavating, estimating, masonry, and building. He was a faithful member of the Marley Park Church of the Nazarene and Frank enjoyed excavating, construction and the water.
