Jeanne Shay Obituary
On Monday, October 24, 2005, Jeanne F. Shay (nee Chaplin) of Ferndale passed on. Jeanne was predeceased by her loving husband John P. Shay, Jr. Jeanne's children include Paula Bratt, Gerry Shay and the late John P. Shay III. She was the loving sister of William Chaplin and the late Rae Haegerich. Jeanne is survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also the loving mother-in-law of Charles Bratt and Cindy Shay.
Jeanne enjoyed many hobbies. They include her memberships in the Road Runners, Tops and the Pascal Center. She also enjoyed baseball. Her great joy, however, was spending time with her family.
