James Franklin

On August 29, 2006, James K. Franklin passed away. He is survived by his lovely wife of 22 years, Dawn Franklin; his children, Stephen Franklin and April Klotz; his brother and his wife, Andrew and Barbara Franklin; and his brother and his wife, Edward and Colinda Franklin. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Albert and Theresa Franklin. James was born on June 6, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a 1978 graduate of Glen Burnie High School and a graduate of the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. He was an employee with Key Kleaning for over 15 years. He was a member of the Glen Burnie Volunteer Fire Department, the Boy Scouts of America and Christ Lutheran Church. James enjoyed many hobbies. He loved gardening, fishing, yard work and riding on fire equipment as he served with the Fire Department. He especially loved doing things with his son. James was a good man who will be missed by many people.
