Army in October of 1970, in New York. He married the love of his life, Sun Cha Kim in 1979. Henson has more than 52 years of combined federal service, which includes, 30 years of active Army service as an enlisted Soldier and 22 years of federal civil service as a perishable items specialist for the Defense Commissary Agency. His 22 years of federal civil service was performed at the Fort George G. Meade Commissary, where his strong work ethic was valued by all his colleagues as well as the management staff.  Above all these things, he was most proud of his 30 years of military service, accumulating at the highest enlisted rank, Command Sergeant Major.  His occupation specialty was aviation, which was enhanced by training such as the Aviation Life Support Equipment Course and the U. He shared his love for good food and was culturally crazy about his native country, waking up early every morning to read the Trinidad and Tobago News on the internet. Henson listened to his favorite music and local information from the radio broadcasting personalities on 90.1 FM WACK Radio that streamed live for his pleasure and enjoyment.
