Frederick Mandley Jr.

Frederick Albert Mandley Jr., 84, of Glen Burnie, passed away on October 16, 2021. He was born in Baltimore to the late Adelaide C. and Frederick Albert Mandley Sr. Known to some as “Ole Blue Eyes” or even “Soup Master”, our local weather guy wasn’t Bob or Marty; it was Freddie Jr.; always keeping us abreast on daily weather or late breaking weather updates. Fred had a dry sense of humor, he liked to put a smile on your face. Always a gentleman and a kind soul who will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

Fred was a loving husband to his devoted wife of 62 years, Jackie; loving father to Pam Gerbrick (Bill) and Robin Mandley (Jerry Milburn); cherished grandfather to Zach Gerbrick and Jena Clark-Ames (Geoff); beloved great-grandfather to Everleigh Clark-Ames; and brother to Arline Hedding (Donald).
