Frances Miller

On June 2, 2006, Frances Vinson Miller of Severna Park. Beloved wife of the late Ralph J. Miller, Sr.; loving mother of Nancy M. Bandiere and Ralph J. Miller, Jr.; caring sister of Harold B. and John Vinson, and the late Mildred V. Schmidt, Leona V. Singleton, and Margaret V. Trone; and loving grandmother of Alexandra L. Miller, Leslie Miller Cole, and the late H. Michelle Miller. Frances was the president of the Inner Wheel and charter member of the Anne Arundel Concert Association. She was a member of PEO and helped choose talent for the concerts. In her spare time she enjoyed painting, plays, and the opera. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, 1:30 at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church.
