Forrest Noel

On June 27, 2006, Forrest Ronald Noel of Severn passed away at home. Beloved husband of 44 years to Constance M. Noel; Loving son of Elva M. Noel and the late Forrest M. Noel; Beloved father of Forrest R. Noel II and his wife Robin, and Joseph M. Noel and his wife Marie; Dearest brother of Marylou Rosencranz and her long-time companion Mark Quinn; Cherished grandfather of Brandy and James Noel; Caring Uncle of Timothy M. Noel. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, a large extended family and many, many friends. Ron proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Visual Aid Specialist for 20 years until he retired. He then worked for the D.I.A. in the same capacity for another 21 years until he again retired. Ron enjoyed Nascar, was an avid sports fan and loved watching old westerns on TV. He was also a disc jockey and loved all types of music. More than anything, Ron enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren - and especially attending all his grandhildrens' events. He was loved by so many and will be so dearly missed.
