Florence P. Mann, 82, of Glen Burnie, MD. Devoted mother to Marcia Walsh of Lothian, MD and Charlotte Winnie of Sitka, AK. Beloved grandmother of one. Ms. Mann attended Penn State and received a degree in education. She was employed by the State of Maryland as an auditor for 16 years. She enjoyed cross-stitching, ceramics, and painting.
