Eugenia Palmer Obituary

On August 31, 2006, Eugenia "Jean" S. Palmer passed away. Beloved wife of the late Ronald J. Kester for 34 years and loving wife of the late George Edward Palmer for one year; Cherished mother of Laura B. Kiebler, Pamela C. McLaughlin, Robert T. Kester and Jill L. Thompson; Caring sister of Dorothy Merson, June Roeth, Patti Brillon and the late Edwin H. Thomas Jr.; Adored grandmother of six. Jean graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in nursing and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital until she retired. Once retired, she enjoyed working for the local Rite Aid in Pasadena. Jean belonged to the Heritage Church of God and the Ferndale Community Club. She enjoyed knitting, reading, watching movies and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She was a beautiful woman with a passion for life.
