Ethel Delma Williams, 95, of Pasadena passed away on August 30, 2021. She was born in Maryland to the late Joseph and Ethel Groh. Her family owned a successful construction development company. She was a member of The Pasadena United Methodist Church and The Ann Arrundell County Historical Society. Ethel was an avid animal lover, enjoyed Maryland seafood especially crab cakes, and loved to welcome everyone to sit with her on the porch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Edward Webster; and her 2nd husband, Neil Williams.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, 1 2nd Avenue, S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, Sept. 7th, from 10AM - 12PM. A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 12 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County by visiting www.aacspca.org , the Maryland School for the Blind by visiting www.marylandschoolfortheblind.org or a charity of your choice.
