On February 15, 2006, Elmer John Hutchinson of Glen Burnie passed away at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Lillian Hutchinson for 60 years; Devoted father of Joyce VanBlunk; Loving brother of William Hutchinson, Margaret Nilan and Alberta Hoekman; Cherished grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 2. Elmer worked as an electroplater for 33 years. He served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during WWII adn the Anzio Campaign, then also served two years in the National Guard. Elmer was a semi-professional baseball player before WWII.
