Edward Biernat

On September 3, 2006, Edward J. Biernat passed on. Edward is survived by his lovely wife of 38 years, Lorraine Biernat; his dear children, Dennis P. Miller, Sr. and his wife Mary, and Gene Miller; his sister, Alice Biernat; his grandchildren, Heather M. Edwards, Holly C. Miller, Joseph E. Miller, Dennis P. Miller Jr., Benjamin M. Miller, Andrew J. Miller and Randall L. Miller; and his great-grandchild, Talia M. Edwards. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Rose Biernat and one son, Joseph Miller. Edward was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1936. He attended several Management Training Schools. Edward was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Korea. He worked as a General Manager and Restaurant Management Trainer with Ginos starting in 1968 then at the Marriott, Roy Rogers and Hardee's. During his retirement he was an employee at Kohl's in Severna Park. Edward was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church where he was a member of the Bereavement Team. Edward had many hobbies. He enjoyed small woodworking projects and loved flowers. His favorite hobby was spending time with his grandchildren.
