Cierra Amya Frazier, 18, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away on May 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of strength, creativity, and love that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
CiCi was a vibrant young woman whose artistic talents shined through everything she did. She had a passion for drawing and could often be found bringing her imagination to life through her artwork.
A true car enthusiast, Cierra's eyes lit up whenever she talked about cars. Receiving her dream car on her 16th birthday was one of the happiest moments of her life. She loved attending car meets, connecting with fellow enthusiasts, and sharing her excitement for the automotive community. CiCi loved the beach, the summer breeze in her hair and suns rays on her skin.
CiCi was a proud tomboy with a fearless heart. She faced life's challenges with determination and resilience, earning the admiration of everyone who witnessed her strength. She was a fighter in every sense of the word—courageous, independent, and unwavering in her spirit.
Above all, Cierra cherished the love she shared with her beloved fur baby, Nova Toots. Their bond brought her endless comfort, happiness, and companionship.
CiCi leaves to cherish her memory her devoted parents, Tiffany Lynn and John Harris Frazier Jr.; loving brothers, Christian Avery and Camren Anthony Frazier; Godbrother William Ennis, adored nieces, Avery Amyalynn and Aurorah Nova Jade Frazier; her beloved grandparents, Pamela and Anthony “Bubby” Withrow; Phoebe Thomas Thornburg.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 13th, from 12 – 2 and 4 – 6 pm.
