Bonnie Marie Starner

Bonnie Marie Starner, passed away on April 26, 2026, in Gambrills, Maryland, at the age of 74.

She was born on June 22, 1951, in Annapolis, Maryland to the late Richard and Juanita Starner. Bonnie was a devoted wife to Harold J. Greer and a cherished mother to Diana Dettman and Ronnie Sines. Her family was the center of her world, and she found great joy in the bonds she shared with those she loved. She was also a beloved sister to Leroy Starner, Carol Peek, and Daryl Starner. Bonnie is also survived by three grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry forward her memory with love and gratitude.

Those who knew Bonnie will remember her great sense of humor and the way she could bring a smile to a room. She had a gift for finding joy in simple pleasures and made the most of the everyday moments that filled her life. Bonnie loved to work on word searches, play solitaire and rummy, and spend time coloring. These interests reflected her patient nature and her appreciation for peaceful, meaningful pastimes. 

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, April 30th, from 4-7 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 1st, at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
