Bobby Grokas Sr Obituary
On October 8, 2005, Robert "Bobby" Grokas Sr. of Pasadena passed away after a courageous battle with skin cancer. The beloved husband of Katherine M. Grokas (nee Bowman)for 33 years; Cherished father of Stacey M. Grokas and Robert Jr.; Loving son of Stanley Grokas and the late Marian Grokas; Dearest brother of Deborah L. Coby and the late Stanley Grokas III. He was the adored grandfather of two.
Bobby worked in home improvements. At one time he coached Rivera Beach Girls Softball and Pasadena T-ball. He was also a member of the A.P.A. Bobby enjoyed fishing, camping, shooting pool and was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
