Bernard Shay Obituary
On July 2, 2005, Bernard Paul Shay of Glen Burnie. Beloved husband of 55 years to Dolores Shay; Loving father of Erin Harrison. He is preceded in death by his son, Bernard P. Shay Jr.
He served in the army in 1946-1947. He was an estimator planner for the U.S. Coast Guard for 34 years. Bernard enjoyed golf, classic movies and going to the race track. He was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church and the Ferndale Community Club. He also belonged to the American Legion Post 289 and Elks Lodge 2266.
