Barbara Phillips

Barbara Lee Phillips, 88, passed away peacefully at Gilchrist Hospice on August 6, 2022. She was born in Baltimore to the late Norman and Florence Kunkel (nee ­­­­­Bennett). Barbara had a long career as an Executive Secretary while raising her three children. She enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Keith McCann.

Barbara is survived by her devoted children, Joyce Lynn Bucher (Richard), Jack Rickard Phillips Jr. (Linda) and Karen Lee Phillips; cherished grandsons, David Wilson Webb Jr. (Kandie) and Jack Rickard Phillips III (Sara); beloved great-grandchildren, David Wilson Webb III, Hannah Webb, Ayden McCann, Piper McCann; and her sister, Cynthia Hahn.
