On July 15, 2005, Arthur "Otts" R. Kerr Jr. of Glen Burnie. Devoted husband to the late Shirley M. Kerr for over 50 years; Beloved father of Wayne M. Kerr; Cherished brother of Barbara A. Watkins, Worth F. Kerr, Marion T. Kerr and the late Wade Kerr; Loving grandfather of two.
Otts served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a self-employed contractor and enjoyed fishing and horse racing. He was a member of The Eagles, the VFW and the American Legion.
