William was born in Baltimore to Elsie and William Hall, Sr. He was a sergeant at Westinghouse Security for 22 years and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army from 1955-1957. William was a member of the St. Jane Frances Senior Club and enjoyed traveling and BINGO.
