Brooks (nee Waters); loving brother of Kimberly and Meghan Brooks; dear grandson of George and Patricia Brooks and Larry and Beverly Waters; devoted great grandson of Betty Cook and great great grandson of Arlette Boyer. Also survived by 5 aunts and 5 uncles and many cousins.
