          On Saturday, July 12, 2025 Thelma Monroe of Baltimore Highland passed away peacefully with family by her side. The beloved wife of the late John J. Monroe. Loving mother of Elwood W. Wagner and his wife Dawn, Donald J. Wagner, Terry L. Smythe, Raymond L. Wagner and his wife Jackie and the late Richard H. Wagner. Devoted grandmother of Jason, Heather, Jennifer, Melissa, Madison, Lacee, Eric, Christine, Michael and Tyler. Great Grandmother of Rhiannon, Lincoln, Austin, Elizabeth, Owen, Nikolai, Christian, Kayla and Luca. Thelma was also preceded in death by her parents Russell and Seton Adcock, and her siblings Bernice Moody, Felphelda McQuay, Alex, Carey, Edwin and Billy Adcock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

           Family and friends are invited to gather at the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW ,(at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 Friday, July 18, 2025 from 12:00 noon till the start of the Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Her Graveside Service and Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD.

          If desired, Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to Christ United Methodist Church, 2833 Florida Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21227.
