On August 26, 2014, Shirley J. Barrante of Glen Burnie; devoted mother of Carolyn Washburn; loving grandmother of Sean Washburn and Nicole Washburn and her husband Peter Dunn; and cherished great grandmother of Alec and Corey Dunn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Henry A. Barrante; her son, Donald Barrante; and her son-in-law, Eric Washburn.
The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Avenue SW (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie on Thursday, August 28th from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, August 29th, 1 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.
