Sean Matthew Brown

August 8, 1969 — December 23, 2021

Sean Matthew Brown, 52, of Glen Burnie, passed away at his home on December 23, 2021.  He was born in Baltimore, to the late Shirley Ann and Charles Eugene Brown, Jr. and graduated from Archbishop Spalding High School.  Sean was an avid history buff and could keep an audience captive for hours talking about the French and Indian War, Revolutionary War, Civil War, and World War II.  He enjoyed working on all aspects of historical films and documentaries, from acting in them to building sets and filming necessary drone footage.  Sean was one of the most patriotic Americans ever born.  His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and going on any adventure suggested to him.  He was a perfectionist with incredible artistic gifts.  He painted stunning pictures, created life-like military models of all sorts, and rivaled the most famous bakers when it came to baking chocolate chip cookies and decorating sugar cookies.  Sean loved animals and was a friend to any dog or horse he met.  Friends who knew him for months and those who knew him for a lifetime all described him as “one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.”  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa K. Brown.

Sean is survived by his loving siblings, Lori Fisher (Eric), Toni Day (Martin), Tracie Jamieson (Jeffrey) and Jeffery Brown; cherished nieces and nephews, Meghan Tobin (Ross), Justin Day, Jacquelyn Day (Mike Frasca), Caitlin Tennant (Cody), Nellie Jamieson, Nora Jamieson, Hallie Jamieson, Jake Brown and Sydney Brown; and dear great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Day, Grace Tobin, Evan Tobin, Jack Frasca, Molly Frasca, and Maeve Frasca.
