Sarah Leonard

Sarah Catherine Leonard, 64, of Severna Park, passed away on September 2, 2022. She was born in West Virginia to the late Hersel and Lorena Meadows. Sarah enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved her Baltimore Orioles. She was quick witted, family oriented and took great pride in her appearance. An avid dog lover, she will be missed by her faithful companion, Keebie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five brothers, one sister and her brother-in-law, Alex Leonard.

Sarah is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years, Joseph David Leonard; loving nephew and nieces, Todd Summers and his wife, Diane, Becky Webb and Meredith Collinson and her husband, Kendall; beloved great-nephew and great-niece, David and Hannah Webb; and dear brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donald Leonard, Rosemary Orner, her husband, Mike and their daughter, Kim Fanning, and Vickie Leonard. She will also be missed by many other loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, Sept. 8th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, 10 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
