Sandra Spriggs

Sandra Lee Spriggs, 77, of Linthicum, passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband and family on February 3, 2021, at Howard County General Hospital.  Sandra was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on February 12, 1943, to the late Ruth and Walter Faulkner.  She was a successful entrepreneur in the aesthetics industry owning her own salon in Linthicum. After selling her salon, she pursued a career in Real Estate working for Champion & Prudential Realty of Anne Arundel County.  She enjoyed traveling to the beach & mountains.  Most of all, Sandra loved spending time with her family and her dogs.

Sandra is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Ronald L. Spriggs; her beloved sons, Jamie (Chick) Spriggs, Aaron (Laura) Spriggs, David (Tricia) Spriggs, and Robert (Cyndi) Spriggs; her cherished grandchildren, Chaning, Christopher, Caraline, Isabelle, Robert, Benjamin, and Matthew; and her loving sister, Kathleen Gilson.  She is also survived by her faithful companion, Zoey.  In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her dear brother, Walter Faulkner.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Friday, February 12th, from 6-7 PM for a memorial gathering.  The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the National Kidney Foundation.
