Sandra Jean Jackson

Sandra “Sandy”, “Jeannie” Jean Jackson, age 84, of Glen Burnie, formerly of Flintstone, MD, passed away on February 1, 2024. She was born in Cumberland, Md. to the late Roy and Daisy Shaffer. A devoted homemaker, she went on to work as a barber for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry “Junie” Jackson; and her two siblings, Thurman Shaffer and Marietta “Reda” Shaffer.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Deanna L. Kauffman (Wade), Tracey A. Jackson and Tammy S. Prince (Robert Lawhorn); cherished grandchildren, Laura, Ryan, Britney, Blaine, Brandon, Krista, Courtney and Jena; and her adored great-grandchildren, Easton, Joanna, Anderson, Caroline, Bear, Harper, Evelyn, Mason, Caleb and Marshall. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, loved ones and dear friends.
