Ronald George

Ronald William George, 89, of Glen Burnie, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on February 28, 2023. He was born in Baltimore to the late Clarence and Adele George. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling to Disney and Ocean City, crabbing, metal detecting and videotaping. His funny jokes and sense of humor will be deeply missed.

Ron is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Gerrie; loving children, Cindy Stevens and her husband, John M. Stevens Sr., Michael George and his wife, Sandra; cherished grandchildren, Charles Horn, John Michael Stevens Jr. and Noah George; and his dear siblings, Ardean Clayton and Melvin George.

The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Avenue SW (at Crain Hwy.) Glen Burnie on Thursday, March 9th, from 2 – 3 PM. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 3 PM in the funeral home chapel.
