Roberta Neat

On August 4, 2011, ROBERTA ANN NEAT, a resident of Millersville for 38 years; beloved wife of 38 years to the late Richard L. Neat; devoted mother of Kristina DeLosReyes and
her husband Curtis; cherished grandmother of Vanessa; loving daughter of Jo Vinsand; dear sister of Erik Vinsand. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Vinsand. Roberta was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia on October 20, 1942. She was a previous member of Beta Sigma Phi and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and family.
