Randall "Doc" Rance Daugherty, Sr.

          On Friday, July 26, 2024, Randall “Doc” Rance Daugherty, Sr. of Glen Burnie, MD passed away at his home peacefully. The beloved husband of Deonna R. Daugherty; loving father of John D. Gerard and his wife, Catherine, Randy R. Daugherty, Jr. and his wife, Tara, Tina R. Daugherty and her wife, Tiana, Randall R. Daugherty III and his wife, Michelle, and Jessica P. Hall and her husband, Dave; cherished grandfather of Darla, Alicia, Patrick, Jamie, Jamahl, Brandon, Gabi, Janea, Ethen and Addyson, Shannon, Nickole, Anna-Maria. He is also survived by sister, Orella Honeycutt, as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends. Mr. Daugherty was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred E. and Corbett V. Daugherty; and siblings, Olan, Eugene, Butch, Doreen, Louise, Marilyn, Ogle, Hugh and Danny.

            Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Wednesday August 7, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 10:30 am in the funeral home chapel. His Graveside Service and Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD where Mr. Daugherty will receive Military Honors.
