Patricia Riggin

On April 13, 2010, Patricia Riggin of Fenwick Island, formerly of Glen Burnie; beloved wife of 48 years to Joseph; loving mother of Colleen Welck and Stacey Stephen; cherished grandmother of five; dear sister of John T. Dunn, Eileen Keagy, and George Dunn. Patricia worked for the FBI as a secretary and later an administrative assistant. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends, dancing, and enjoyed her time at the beach.
