Pamela Sue Stolarski, a dedicated healthcare professional and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on April 28, 2025, in Pasadena, MD, at the age of 78. Born in Charleston, WV, on May 29, 1946, Pamela's warmth and engaging personality made her a cherished friend to many. She had a unique ability to connect with everyone she met, embodying the saying that she "never met a stranger."
Pamela had a distinguished career, working at St. Agnes Hospital, Bay Area Health Care, and Johns Hopkins as a Case Manager. Her commitment to helping others was evident in her professional life as well as in her own personal endeavors. Beyond her professional achievements, Pamela was a talented hairdresser, bringing joy and beauty to those around her.
A graduate of Woodlawn High School in 1964, she carried the lessons learned throughout her life into her family and professional circles. Pamela's interests were as diverse as her talents; she found joy in Duckpin bowling, loved dancing, cruising, and enjoyed her annual trips to Cancun, Mexico. She was also a member of the Okie Dokie Travel Club. She had a deep affection for her dog, "Pebbles", and delighted in spending time at the park.
Pamela leaves behind her beloved husband, Dennis Stolarski, and her treasured daughters: Michelle Basescu (Steven), Karri Nicholas (Robert), Shanon Nicholas, Lisa Stolarski, and Dawn Stolarski. She was a proud grandmother to Nicholas (Andrea), Robert, Ryan, Bailey, Blake, Christopher, Kaylin, Matthew, and Ethan, a doting great-grandmother to Nick Jr., Mila, Nylah, and Liam; and a dear sister to Deborah Broomell (Gene).
She was preceded in death by her parents, James R. Steele, Sr. and Velma J. Steele, and her brother, James R. Steele, Jr.
The memory of Pamela will be honored with visitation services on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services PA in Glen Burnie, MD, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held the following day, on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Baldwin Memorial United Methodist Church in Millersville, MD, starting at 12:00 PM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn Park, MD.
Pamela Sue Stolarski's legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who knew her, reminding us all of the everlasting bonds of family and friendship.
