Norma Kay Lapchak, 73, of Glen Burnie, passed away on October 26, 2021. She was born in Guatemala Bay, Cuba to the late Norman and Kathleen Jacoby. She was a dedicated employee to the federal government and retired after 50 years of service. When she wasn’t working, she could be found shopping or eating at various restaurants with her husband, David. Norma loved cats, Snoopy, ice cream with peanut butter and spending time with her family.
Norma is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, David Michael Lapchak; loving mother-in-law, Rose Marie Lapchak Eagan; dear brother, Donald Jacoby; and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, S.W. (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Monday, November 1st, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, 1:00 PM, at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5859 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore, MD 21225.
