On Saturday, June 11, 2022, Noemi “MiMi”, “YaYa” Perez of Hanover, MD passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Beloved wife of Donald L. Kinney, loving mother of Sierra and Selena Francis. Daughter of Ramon and Carmen Perez. Grandmother of nAthena Rogers. She is also survived by her siblings; Ramon Perez, Elizabeth Perez, Desire Perez and many other loving family and friends.
