Margaret Theresa Snyder, passed away on February 20, 2026, in Crofton, Maryland. She was born on February 18, 1927, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, to the late Arthur and Ethel Ingram,. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, whose spirit and warmth touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Margaret led a life enriched by the simple pleasures that brought her joy. Her passion for reading fostered a deep appreciation for stories and knowledge, while her artistic talent shone through in her painting endeavors. A vibrant personality, she also found happiness in the company of friends and family during board and card game nights, especially relishing the strategic challenges of Rummikub.

She is survived by her beloved children: Karen Drymala, Ellsworth Snyder, Jr. (Jeanne), Jackie Watts (Emory), George Snyder (Terry), and Suzanne Buckler (Danny). Margaret's legacy continues through her ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom carry cherished memories of their time with her. Margaret holds a special place in the hearts of her siblings, Jack Ingram, Joan Johnson, and Robert Ingram.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth F. Snyder, Sr., along with her siblings, Arthur Ingram, Joseph Ingram, Dorothy Richards, and her son-in-law, Joe Drymala.

Margaret Theresa Snyder will be remembered not only for her love and devotion to her family but also for the joy she brought to those around her. As we celebrate her rich life, may we find comfort in the memories she created and the love she shared, a testament to the incredible person she was.
