Louis "Sonny" Coeyman, Jr.

On Wednesday, January 26, 2022 Louis Brooke “Sonny” Coeyman, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Beloved husband of over 53 years to Edna “Skip” Coeyman. Loving father of Dwayne T. Haines and his fiancé Edie Holton of Gaithersburg, MD and Linda K. Wagner and her husband Michael of Glen Burnie, MD. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis B. Coeyman, Sr. and Bessie W. Godsey Coeymen. Grandfather of Christopher Haines and Michael Wagner; great-grandfather of Dalaney Haines. He is also survived by his godson Michael Wagner with whom he cherishes and holds deeply in his heart and his siblings; Robert Coeyman, Mary Romecki and Susan Coeyman.

Sonny was a1963 graduate of Glen Burnie High School and worked at the family business, Parrott Elevator, Baltimore, MD for over 20 years and also worked at the International Union of Elevator Contractor, Local Union No. 7, Baltimore, MD for 20 years and then retired.

Services and Inurnment will be held at a later date privately. Arrangements were handled by the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, 1 Second Avenue, SW, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
