Kathleen Hope Thompson

On May 11, 2025, Kathleen Hope Thompson passed away at Spring Arbor in Crofton at the age of 103.

 Hope is survived by her beloved niece, Sondra “Jay” Hatch; loving great-niece and great-nephew, Lisa Hatch and Neale Hatch; and her adored great-great nieces, Hayden Hatch, Madelyn Hatch and Paige Majikas. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Ernest “Tom” Thompson; dear sister and brother, Madelyn “Gayle” Turner and John Henry Hevener, Jr.; and her loving parents, John and Mavis Hevener.

A visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, PA, on May 15th, from 10:00 AM to 11 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Baldwin United Methodist Church Cemetery in Millersville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to any veteran’s organization of your choice.
