Judy Neuder

Judy Ann Neuder , 78, of Glen Burnie passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Judy was born on October 31, 1944 in Virginia to the late James Lee Hartman and Jean Phyllis Rhodes Hartman. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Janice L. Poelkamp, and her husband, Jan Poelkamp; and her cherished grandchildren, Jayden and Jensen Poelkamp. Judy was an avid reader, who loved music and dancing, going to the ocean and when she was younger, riding horses in Glen Burnie. She especially loved spending time with her grandsons whom she loved dearly.
