Joseph E. Hache passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 78.
Throughout his career, Joe made his mark as a skilled electrician for CSX at the coal pier in Curtis Bay, where he was known not just for his technical expertise but also for the warm relationships he formed with colleagues.
Outside of his professional life, Joe was a passionate musician. He delighted in sharing his love of music through singing and playing guitar, captivating friends with his heartfelt performances. Joe’s vibrant personality was reflected in his wonderful sense of humor; he had a knack for playing lighthearted jokes on those around him, ensuring that joy and laughter flourished wherever he went.
Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Francoise; loving children, David Hache, Jennifer Ferragamo and her husband, Dominic; cherished grandchildren, Brooks and Lydia Ferragamo; and his dear siblings, Roger Hache, Louise Hache, Monique Noel (Andrew), Romeo Hache (Geatane) and Rosere Hache.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services PA, 1 2nd Ave SW, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, on February 12th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM.
