Jean Stevens

On Sunday, July 3, 2022 Jean Elaine “MeeMaw” Stevens of Glen Burnie, MD passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Michael F. Stevens, loving mother of Matthew E. Frech and his wife Susan, Kerry M. Benner and her husband Kenny and the late Milton E. Frech, Jr. and sister of Clyde "Connie" Johnson, James Witkovic, Sue DeLauder and Peg Havens. Devoted grandmother of David, Chrissy, Amber, Kelsie, Brandy, Olivia and Milton, III “Boomer”. Great-Grandmother of Harper, Brayden, Hannah, Ashlynn, Brynn and Mia. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law; Michele Frech, many nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA., 1 Second Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Thursday, July 21  for a “ Gathering & Remembrance ” from 4:00 to 7:00 pm with a Memorial Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 pm.  Also, everyone is invited to gather at the Ferndale Community Club on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for a Time of Remembrance. An Inurnment will be held at a later date privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Frederick County Humane Society, 550 Highland Street, Suite 200, Frederick, MD 21701.
