Jason William Bess

On Thursday, August 18th, Jason William Bess, 41, passed away suddenly.  He was born in Norfolk, Virginia, on November 28, 1980, to Linda Buskey and Edmond Bess.  Jason earned his Associate’s Degree from Anne Arundel Community College and worked at Leonard Paper Company in Baltimore since he was 16 years old, working his way up to operations manager.  He enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, football, and NASCAR.

Jason is survived by his cherished mother, Linda C. Buskey; his dear father, Edmond L. Bess and his wife Pamela; his loving siblings, Erick L. Bess and his wife Dawn, and Heather M. Sprayberry and her husband Jason; his beloved nephews, Coedy T. Bess and Ervin G. Sprayberry; and his grandparents, William J. Knight and Mary Bess.  He was predeceased by his step-father, Robert W. Buskey.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. S. W. (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, August 25th, from 5-8 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.  Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
