Jacob Daniel Marlin Spencer

Jacob Daniel Marlin “JD” Spencer, 85 of Millersville passed away on July 9, 2023. Mr. Spencer was born on September 4, 1937 in Spring Grove, PA to the late Marlin and A. Catherine Spencer. He worked as a printer at the Government Printing Office, Night Hand Section. Mr. Spencer was a lifetime member of the Boumi Shrine Motor Corps., and a life member of the Reisterstown Moose Lodge since 1965, he also enjoyed spending time boating with the yacht club and charter fishing. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Alice Spencer; his daughter, Pamela Alter; his grandchildren, Glen Rinder, Jr. and Kody Sanders; his great-grandchildren, Maile Rinder, Lance and Daniel Sanders; and his sister, Faye Rosier. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Dolly Kritsings and Larry Lee Spencer.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2^nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Wednesday, August 2nd from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 3rd at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
