Harry Charles Suit

October 22, 1939 — April 15, 2025

Harry Charles Suit, 85, of Glen Burnie, passed away on April 15, 2025, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Born in Baltimore, he was the loving son of Anna and Harry Suit.

Harry was a proud retiree of the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, working his way up from an apprentice electrician to group supervisor. He had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy and fulfillment. He was an avid wood carver, creating beautiful pieces with skill and artistry.

Harry had a passion for fishing, sharing the hobby with friends and family alike, and was a member of the Pasadena Sports Fishing Club. In addition to fishing and wood carving, he was also a devoted HAM radio enthusiast and volunteered his time at the Pascal Senior Center, teaching computer skills and repairing PCs.

Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Mary F. Suit; loving daughter, Dawn Jahn and her husband, Christopher; beloved step-grandsons, Jason and Christopher Jahn; and his brother, Ronald Suit and his wife, Patricia.

Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, Glen Burnie, on Saturday, April 26th, from 1 – 3 and 5 – 7 PM, with a time of sharing at 6:30 PM.
