Gene Willis Palmer

Gene W. Palmer, 94 of Orlando, FL, passed away on February 19, 2022.

Born June 19, 1927, in Johnson City, New York, Gene graduated from Johnson City High School and served in the U.S. Navy,  followed by positions with the Foreign Broadcasting Information Services and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Preceded in death by his parents Willis and Blanche Palmer, wife Wilda, and son Garth, Gene is survived by his sons Gary, Gregg, and Grant Palmer, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at the Baldwin United Methodist Church at 921 Generals Hwy, Millersville, MD from 10 - 11 am, followed by a funeral service at 11 A.M.
