Emma Jean Hinshaw (November 15th, 1939 - September 20th, 2013). Emma was a lifelong resident of Maryland. She blessed family and countless friends with her wit, humor and caring ways. She retired from Bello Machre after working over 35 years. Emma was a valued member of The Arc family for nearly 30 years. She was known for helping others, being a strong presence in her community, and bringing a smile to the faces of those around her.
