Plowman; beloved grandmother of Amber Ulmer, Matthew Plowman, Chris Ulmer, Steven Plowman, and Forrest Plowman and great-grandmother of MacKenzie Freeman and Kaiden Ulmer; dear sister of Helen Hoffman and the late William Jones. Lorie was born in Baltimore to Hubert & Dorothy Jones.
